Frank MEYER, 62 years old, of 149 Bay Twenty-third street, was held in the Coney Island court yesterday by Magistrate VOORHEES, on a charge of violating a corporation ordinance in having erected a fence across Bebruin lane, a street two blocks long, in Bath Beach. The police claim the street has never been closed, although the residents in that neighborhood say that it has.
