Southern New York Association Convened at Lindenhurst

Lindenhurst, L.I., June 13.
Officers for the coming year were elected at
yesterday’s session of the thirty-fourth annual convention of 
the Southern New York State Volunteer Firemen’s Association 
at the Lindenhurst firehouse.

Edward J. DONLON, of Lynbrook, was elected president; 
Henry K. NOLTY of Westchester, first vice-president; 
John McCONNELL, Queens, second vice-president 

August KALB of Rockville Centre
Philip PETERS of Elmhurst were re-elected secretary and treasurer, respectively.
  
 The following were elected to the board of directors:

   An invitation by the fire department of Long Beach to hold next year’s
 convention there was accepted by the association. The convention will close
 today with a parade and other festivities. About 200 delegates are attending.
