ST. ANTHONY'S PAROCHIAL SCHOOL

The commencement exercises of St. Anthony's Parochial School, 
Greenpoint were held last evening in the basement of the 
church on Manhatten ave. 

The programme consisted of a march by Miss JULIA BARRY, 
chorus by the senior class, 
the delivery of the salutatory by Miss L.  LAWRENCE, 
a duet by the Misses McCOLLUM and LAVELLE, 
a recitation by Miss JULIA BRADLEY, 
song  and chorus by the junior class, 
the drama "Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining" by 15 misses,
a trio by Misses PIGEON, LAWRENCES  and DELANEY, 
and a "Scene from Fairy Land" by the infant and senior classes 
and 7 others. 
The distribution of premiums by Rev. Father SMITH followed, 
Miss Mary DEVINE reiving a gold medal, and 
some 40 others being awarded premiums for proficiency in various 
branches of study.
