Miss Grace ALLEN gave an essay on 'Memory', a composition of rare merit and
spoke the valedictory, which was replete with good feeling for the Principal,
teachers and officers, and bade an affectionate adieu to the class teacher,
Miss CONKLIN, at the close of which Colonel CULVER was called upon to make the
presentation for the class to Miss CONKLIN of an elegant basket of flowers and
a handsome volume.
