   Commencement exercises were held last night at Wright’s Business College,
corner of Broadway and Fourth street, E. D., and were largely attended.
Forty-seven graduates received diplomas and number of prizes were awarded by
the teachers. 
The valedictorian was Mr. John W. BALL. 

Miss Kate ROGERS read an essay on 'Mythology.' 
Mr. W. B. SMITH, a paper on 'The Conditions of Success in Business' 

Singing, reading, instrumental music, etc. by

the college glee club, Cleveland W. HOWARD,

An address by Mr. NELSON J. GATES. 

Principal WRIGHT was presented by the teachers with the portraits of the 
faculty, framed, and by the Commercial Department with a handsome album.
