  There was a good gathering of ladies and gentlemen in the 
gymnasium of the Bedford Branch of the Young Men's Christian 
Association, last evening, when the closing exercises of the 
educational classes were held. 
The following prizes and diplomas were awarded, those receiving 
them being  as follows:
