At 10 o'clock this morning graduating exercises were held in Public School
165*, of which Alexander TICHLANDER is principal; Mrs. G.H. CASEY,  Mrs.
M.V. NEUSTADT,  Mrs. M.D. KELLEY and M.L. SIMPSON teachers of graduating
classes.  The programme included four-minute addresses on war themes by Rose
LEVY, Israel SOLEMNICK, Charles JULIUS and Harry HUSCHOWITZ.  The graduates
were addres by Mrs. Isaac FRANKLIN RUSSELL, a member of the Board of
Education.
