Frank PICKELSKY is principal, were held yesterday afternoon in
the auditorium of Public School 170, Sixth avenue and Seventy-second
street.  An interesting programme of songs, drills, dances and a play
preceded the formal distribution of diplomas to the graduates by Andrew
TANZOLA, a member of the local school board.  The address to the
graduates was delivered by Miss Lizzie E. RECTOR, district
superintendent of schools of the Bay Ridge section.
