Brooklyn Standard Union

  Children of St.Nicholas Parochial School presented a unique and
entertaining programme in connection with the graduation exercises
of the Elementary School, held in the school auditorium.

  The programme was composed of drills, dances and a one-act play.
Diplomas were conferred by the Rev.George GOEHRINGER to the
thirty-one graduates, and the awarding of prizes for religion and
general excellency.

  Matilida RYDER and Lawrence J.KUNZ, respectively, delivered the
salutatory and valedictory.

Lawrence J.KUNZ, the 13-year-old son of Mr and Mrs.J.KUNZ,
of 963 Grand street, was the recipient of a four-year high school
scholarship in Brooklyn Prep.
