Miss DAHM was seriously ill when the final examinations for graduation were made, but she asked that she be allowed to take them at her home. Propped up in bed, with a member of the faculty at her bedside, the girl worked over the questions and problems and came through with a high mark. Miss Olive LING, class president, took the diploma on Miss DAHM's behalf while the audience applauded the absent graduate. Another interesting graduate was Miss Olive LING, a Chinese girl who, besides being president of the class, was head girl of the Arita, honor society of the school. Miss LING also wrote the words of the graduates' class song. Miss Idalaura NORTON wrote the music.
