650 STUDENTS GET DIPLOMAS AT LINCOLN HIGH

       Diplomas and certificates of graduation were presented today to 650 
students at the Abraham Lincoln High School commencement.

       More than 5,000 witnessed the program held on the grass-covered 
athletic field in the rear of the school on Ocean Parkway and Guilder Ave.  
The grandstand was gay with brightly colored school pennants and flags. 

       The Rev. John Paul JONES of the Union Church of Bay Ridge made the 
chief address.
       Dr. Gabriel R. MASON, principal, presided.  

Dorothy PENDROCK was salutatorian and Barry ULANOV valedictorian.
