54 ARE GRADUATED BY FLUSHING HIGH
The January graduating class of Flushing High School
held commencement exercises in the auditorium of the
school at Broadway and Whitestone ave., last evening.
The class numbers 54 boys and girls.
George J. RYAN of Lincoln st., Flushing,
vice president of the Board of Education, presented the diplomas,
and Prof. Herman H. HORNE of New York University delivered
the principal address.
An interesting musical program was arranged by Miss Mary MARRY (?),
musical instructor of the school, the feature of this part of
the program being selections by
William VAULES, a talented young violinist.
