FLATBUSH SCHOOL GRADUATES CLASS OF TWENTY-SEVEN
  DIPLOMAS AWARDED AT EXERCISES IN CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH

       The graduation of the Flatbush School for teachers 
training was held at the Flatbush Congregational Church, 
Dorchester rd. & East 18th. st.
       Miss Helen SHONNARD, of the teachers training school delivered the 
valedictory address.

       The following were those who won prizes: 
Helen BURBANK HARPER, 1st prize for profession attitude;

Helen SHONNARD , course scholarship presented by an anoymous member of the 
Parent-Teacher Association;

Elizabeth Estelle MORRIS, 1st prize in high school senior English & history;
Margaret Virginia PALADINO, high school Roosevelt prize;
Mignon TAYLOR, high school Latin prize;
Dorris CONNELL, High school scholarship and French prizes;
Ralph HUBBELL high school music prize.

Certificates awarded for proficiency in athletics & two other major 
activities were given to :
Herbert BITTNER
Elizabeth MORRIS. 

Dwight R. LITTLE, principal of the school presented the 
prizes and awarded diplomas to the following;
