COLONNADE ROW, HUMBOLDT STRET, 1922

Of Brooklyn's colonnade rows, the best known is in Brooklyn Heights. 

The other two survive in part in Williamsburgh. 

This colonnade row, built there in the 1850s, remained almost intact the first two decades of 
the twentieth century. Though the row is greatly altered today, the last two houses at the right 
in the colonnade are still easily recognizable.
