GERMAN HOSPITAL NURSES GRADUATED
Brooklyn Standard Union 25 May 1906 Flushed with hope and confident of future success after three years of vigorous, careful training, six pretty young women last night received their certificates of graduation at the commencement exercises of the Training School for Nurses of the German Hospital, held in Schwaben Hall, Myrtle and Knickerbocker avenues. .... The valedictory was delivered in German by Miss Anna LANGELOTZ, who, in bidding the class farewell, exhorted them to be faithful to the principles that they were taught in the school, and said that their success was the school's success, their unworthy actions the school's disgrace. ..... The Graduates were: Miss Laura M. WILLIAMS, Canada; Miss Josephine SCHREYER, Brooklyn; Miss Anna WITT, Brooklyn; Miss Anna LANGELOTZ, Brooklyn; Miss Margaret COLVIN, Brooklyn; Miss Elizabeth DILL, Brooklyn. The members of the faculty present were: Doctors TOWER, L EWIS, PILCHER, WARBASSE, TUHS, DROGE, WUEST, MUNDO, SIEMEL, LINDER AND LOURA.
