The last information that I have about the New York Chapter is from 1999, 
when the Chapter held meetings at 7:45 PM in The Williamson Library located 
in Grand Central Terminal in New York City on the 2nd Friday of each month. 
The Williamson Library is at the southeast corner of the Grand Central 
Terminal Building, first floor above the concourse.
