Incorporation of the Brooklyn Choral Union

   The corporate name of the society is 'The Brooklyn Choral Union' 
and its object as set forth in the certificate is "musical performances and 
the promotion and fostering of choral singing, musical and social enjoyment."

   The number of the trustees is thirty four and the officers for the first year are
distributed as follows:
