BROOKLYN YACHT CLUB'S ANNUAL MEETING
The thirty-sixth annual meeting of the Brooklyn Yacht Club was held last evening,
at 44 Court st.  
There was a large attendance, and considerable business was transacted.  
The secretary's report showed a membership of 162, an increase of six since 
last year, and twelve new boats.  The treasurer's report showed all debts paid 
and a fair balance on hand.  the Measurer's report showed a fleet of 74 yachts, 
divided as follows:  Mainsail yachts, 27; jib and mailsail yachts, 6; sloops, 
cutters, yawls, and schooners, 36; steam yachts, 5.

The following officers were elected:
