22 September 1876
German Republican Central Committee of Kings County.
The following gentlemen were added to the committee for the Wards 
not represented at the meeting:  
Charles BLEIDORN, Sixth Ward;  
Henry LANGSCHMIDT, Third Ward; 
F. DeWYNE, Sixth Ward;  
Emil LUEHRS, Eleventh Ward;  
Charles SCHWEIKART, Fifteenth Ward; 
Lorenz DARMSTADT, Twenty-third Ward.

Mr. S. SPITZER then moved to name the new organization the 
Central Committee of the German Republicans of Kings County.
Amendments were made by Messrs. MILDENBERG and BOETTCHER, to name it 
the Hayes and Wheeler Central Campaign Club.

Republican Central Committee of Kings County of the fact that the 
German organization has been completed.
Mr. MILDENBURG was authorized to confer with the Republican General Committee 
as to the use of their rooms, corner Fulton and Jay streets, during 
the present campaign, and the meeting adjourned until next Friday evening.

The Executive Committee subsequently met and elected the following officers: 
Paul SCHULZE, Chairman;  
Ed. FROMINE, Secretary;  
Charles BLEIDORN, Financial Secretary.

The chair then announced the following committees:
Organization -

Ayron KALT,

Charles KOWLARAT,
Col. SCHURIG.

Naturalization - Messrs.  MILDENBERG,  KOJANOWSKY, and  Henry LANGSCHMIDT.
Finance - 
Messrs. General STEINMETZ,  
Isidor BON,  F. WIEBE,  
Joseph LIEBMANN, 
Colonel Charles SCHURIG.

A motion of Mr. WIEBE, that nine members, representing five Wards. 
constitute a quorom was adopted, and the Executive Committee adjourned.

26 September 1876 
German Independent Citizens of the Sixth Ward.
The German Independent Citizens Club of the Sixth Ward has been reorganized. 
At the last election the Club was strictly in favor of SCHROEDER and reform, 
and used every effort to secure his election as Mayor. 
The newly-elected officers are;
       President, John BRENDEL;
       Vice-President, Emil WITTE;
       Secretary, Henry SCHOENHUT;
       Treasurer, John HIRSCH.
Delegates fo the Central Committee - Christian SIEGLER and Emil WITTE.
