Arthur S. SOMERS Makes Address - Class Presents Picture

   Commencement Exercises were held last evening at Froebel Academy, 
at which diplomas were awarded to eleven graduates. 
It was the forty-second commencement at the school and was attended by about 150
persons. The speaker was Arthur S. SOMERS, Brooklyn member of the Board of
Education.

   The graduation class presented a picture to the school which was accepted
by Mrs. L. J. FORBES, the principal. 

Edwin L. GARVIN, former U.S. District Judge and a graduate of 
Froebel Academy forty years ago, on behalf of the
Board of Trustees presented diplomas to the following students:
