ST. JOSEPH’S HAS DIPLOMAS FOR 58 WOMEN
Commencement Week Began With Sunday Communion Breakfast
Commencement week at St. Joseph’s College, began yesterday with a
communion breakfast and continued in the afternoon when the
Rev. Joseph Keen SHARP preached the baccalaureate sermon followed by
Benediction in the Church of St. Francis Xavier.
Tomorrow the Class Day exercises will be held at which
Miss Eileen LAVIN will read the valedictory.
On Wednesday the degrees will be conferred upon the
fifty-eight graduates by Bishop MALLOY.
The speaker will be Arthur SOMERS, former president of the Board of Education...
