BISHOP; Junior Commander, T. LEEDS WATERS; Adjutant, F. H. RAND, Paymaster, A.M. MILLER; Quartermaster, E.S. BENEDICT; Commissary, H.P. WYANT; Captain, F.M. LAWRENCE; First Lieutenant, J.
