DIPLOMAS FOR SEVEN GRADUATE NURSES
The graduating exercises of the Jewett Training School for Nurses of 
the Bushwick Hospital were held last night in the Greene Avenue 
Presbyterian Church.  The church was beautifully decorated for the 
occasion with flags, and the platform on which were seated the speakers 
and graduates, was banked with flowers.  Those who received diplomas 
were:

Miss Sigrid SUNDSTROM
Miss Pauline M. OAKLEY
Miss Ronnaug ELLINGSEN
Miss Mabelle CLARKE
Miss Jean MACDONALD

contralto solo: Mrs. M.H. LUDLOW

address to the graduates: P.A. FAIRBAIRN, M.D.
solo: John Gordon GLENN
benediction: the Rev. Thomas Edward POTTERTON

  Dr. FAIRBAIRN in his address, congratulated the young women, and 
exhorted them to line up to the teaching and ideals imparted to them 
during their term of probation.
