Lawyers Book

The publication is called "Martindale-Hubbell".

The publication is found (all 12-15 volumes) in all law libraries 
and most large law firms.

It is published annually. With a person that long ago, 
I would write the company and see how far back
their records go. The series is huge, and is usually thrown out 
every year when the new addition arrives.
The publisher may have the only complete set in existence.
